Project Overview

“BrandPop” is a branding and market strategy project developed during the LaunchX entrepreneurship program, where our team connect small businesses and micro influencers, thereby bringing exposure to the businesses’ products. Through conducting market analysis and designing a cohesive visual and messaging system, we aim to create a scalable go-to-market strategy to help the startup gain more attention in a competitive market.

Launched in 2025, BrandPop is providing insights that significantly enhanced the startup’s market presence and customer engagement, genuinely promoting sales.

Why?

About 20% of small businesses fail within their first year. In other words, 1 in 5 new ventures won’t make it past their startup phase. Over time, the odds get even tougher - 50% of small businesses fail within their first five years. However, many early-stage startups possess innovative products. This phenomenon results in low brand recognition, and that’s why support, strategy, and resilience matter significantly.

We asked: How can a compelling brand strategy translate product strengths into market appeal, and thereby gain loyal users?
